Account and login issues
PTG uses Sign in with Apple or Google Sign In — there's no separate PTG password to reset. If you're stuck signing in, try signing out of and back into your Apple or Google account on your device, then reopen PTG. If the issue continues, email us at [email protected] with the email address linked to your account and a short description of what's happening.
Reporting a user, hangout, or message
You can report a profile, event, or message directly in the app from that profile, event, or chat's menu. Our team reviews every report. If you're dealing with an urgent safety issue or can't submit an in-app report for some reason, email [email protected] with as much detail as you can share (usernames, event name, screenshots) and we'll follow up.
Requesting account deletion
You can delete your account directly from Settings inside the app. If you're unable to access the app or need help completing deletion, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account and we'll process the request. See our Privacy Policy for details on what happens to your data when your account is deleted.
TestFlight and beta issues
PTG is currently in TestFlight beta. If the app crashes, won't install, won't update, or a TestFlight invite isn't working, email [email protected] with your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when the issue occurred — that helps us fix it faster.
