App: PTG / PlsTouchGrass
Operator: Scibi K S
Contact: [email protected]
Governing law and jurisdiction: laws of India; subject to applicable law, courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PTG / PlsTouchGrass (“PTG,” “the app,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the mobile application, website, support channels, events, chats, profiles, media, reports, moderation tools, notifications, and related services. By creating an account, accessing PTG, or using any PTG feature, you agree to these Terms and to the PTG Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use PTG.
In these Terms, “Plans” means any real-world or app-based activity created, discovered, joined, hosted, displayed, or discussed through PTG, including events, meetups, hangouts, jams, gatherings, and similar activities. References to “plans,” “events,” “meetups,” “hangouts,” “jams,” “gatherings,” “Create Event,” “host event,” or similar terms in PTG may be used interchangeably and refer to Plans under these Terms.
1. What PTG Is
PTG is an 18+ social platform that helps users discover, create, join, request to join, attend, and discuss real-world events.
Events on PTG are user-generated unless PTG clearly states otherwise. PTG is a platform facilitator and technology service. PTG does not ordinarily create, curate, organize, supervise, manage, endorse, control, or guarantee user-generated events, and does not provide venue, transport, security, background-verification, emergency, or event-management services.
You understand that interacting with people in real life involves risk. You are responsible for your own decisions, conduct, travel, attendance, participation, safety precautions, and interactions with other users.
PTG is not a dating, hookup, sexual solicitation, escort, adult-encounter, or background-checking app. You may not use PTG primarily for dating, sexual solicitation, hookups, adult services, or the objectification of real people.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use PTG. By using PTG, you represent and warrant that: you are at least 18 years old; you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement; the information you provide is accurate and not misleading; you will use PTG only for lawful and permitted purposes; and you are not prohibited from using PTG under applicable law.
PTG may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that appear to violate the age requirement, these Terms, the Community Guidelines, law, or platform safety expectations, or that create safety, legal, fraud, or platform-integrity risk.
3. Accounts, Login, and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account, login credentials, device access, and any authentication method linked to your PTG account. PTG may support email/password sign-in and, where offered, Sign in with Apple or Google sign-in.
You agree not to: create an account using false, misleading, stolen, automated, or impersonated information; create accounts using bots or automated methods; create or use an account for anyone under 18; maintain more than one account unless PTG expressly allows it; allow another person to access or use your account; access or attempt to access another user’s account; evade a suspension, restriction, or ban; or create a new account after suspension, restriction, or termination unless PTG gives written permission.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, except where the activity results directly from PTG’s own security failure.
Subject to these Terms, PTG grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the PTG app and services for your own lawful, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5. App Store Terms
If you downloaded PTG from the Apple App Store, Apple’s App Store terms and applicable Apple policies also apply. Apple is not responsible for providing support or maintenance for PTG, and Apple is not responsible for user content, events, claims, or disputes arising from your use of PTG. To the extent required or permitted by Apple’s terms, Apple and its subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for App Store distribution purposes.
6. Profiles
You may create and edit a profile that includes information such as your display name, profile photo, bio, interests, social links, profile location text, visibility settings, verification status, and event-related profile details.
Your profile must not be false, misleading, abusive, unlawful, sexually explicit, hateful, threatening, impersonating, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise harmful. PTG may remove, hide, restrict, reduce, or edit profile visibility where necessary for safety, moderation, legal compliance, service integrity, or user protection.
7. Profile Photo and Live Face Matching
PTG may offer profile photo matching, live face checks, liveness checks, verification badges, or similar verification signals. This feature checks whether a live face capture appears to match the user’s current profile photo.
This is not legal identity verification, government-ID verification, KYC, background checks, police verification, age verification, criminal-record checks, or a guarantee that a user is safe or truthful.
A verification signal only means that PTG’s applicable in-app process was completed at that time. It does not guarantee a user’s legal identity, true age, intentions, criminal history, safety or trustworthiness, the accuracy of any profile or event, or the conduct of any user during or after an event. You must use your own judgment and precautions when interacting with users or attending events.
8. Events and Host Responsibilities
Users may create, discover, request to join, join, attend, leave, cancel, update, and discuss events through PTG.
If you create or host an event, you are responsible for: providing accurate event information; ensuring the event is lawful; choosing a lawful and appropriate location; obtaining any permission, booking, licence, approval, consent, or venue clearance required for the event; complying with venue rules, local rules, police directions, public-order requirements, and applicable law; managing attendee expectations; treating attendees respectfully; cancelling or updating the event if it cannot safely or lawfully proceed; and ensuring the event does not violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
PTG may remove, hide, cancel, restrict, downrank, demote, or limit any event at any time where PTG believes it is necessary for safety, legality, moderation, platform integrity, user experience, or compliance with Apple or other platform rules.
PTG is not responsible for user-generated event details, host conduct, attendee conduct, venue conditions, transport, route safety, weather, crowd behaviour, cancellations, no-shows, changes, disputes, losses, injuries, or any offline incident connected with a user-generated event.
9. Event Settings: Approval, Location, Women-Only, and Age Preference
Certain Plans may include participation settings, such as join approval, maximum attendees, hidden location until accepted, age preferences, or women-only settings. These settings operate according to PTG’s current product rules and may rely on information provided by users.
If a host chooses to hide the exact location until acceptance, users may still see general Plan information, but only accepted attendees or users authorized by the feature may see the exact location.
PTG does not guarantee that every user satisfies a host’s preferences or a Plan’s participation settings. Users must not misrepresent their information or help anyone bypass participation settings, including women-only settings.
10. Attendee Responsibilities and Real-World Safety
If you join or attend an event, you are responsible for your own conduct, decisions, travel, communications, and safety. You should take reasonable precautions, including: choosing public or appropriate places; telling someone you trust where you are going; arranging your own safe transport; keeping control of your belongings, food, and drinks; protecting your personal information; leaving any situation that feels unsafe; and reporting concerning behaviour to PTG.
PTG is not responsible for harm caused by users, hosts, attendees, venues, third parties, offline interactions, transportation, routes, weather, crowd behaviour, or events that PTG does not directly organize. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
PTG does not conduct criminal background checks, identity checks, or screening of users, hosts, or attendees, and does not verify the truth of user statements. Any verification feature is limited as described in the profile-photo and live-face-matching section and is not a safety guarantee.
11. Prohibited Events and Conduct
- sexual activity, sexual solicitation, hookup-focused events, adult services, or adult encounters;
- drugs, narcotics, illegal substances, or substance abuse;
- illegal activity of any kind, including illegal or unauthorized protests, assemblies, or mass gatherings, or evasion of law enforcement, venue rules, or public-order requirements;
- violence, threats, weapons misuse, intimidation, dangerous conduct, or serious physical risk;
- harassment, hate, caste abuse, religious abuse, discrimination, stalking, doxxing, intimidation, or targeted abuse;
- scams, fraud, pyramid schemes, deceptive schemes, phishing, malware, spam, or exploitation;
- gambling or betting where not lawfully permitted;
- events involving minors, or attempts to include minors, in violation of PTG’s 18+ requirement;
- bots, scraping, automated account creation, rate-limit evasion, reverse engineering, or malicious code;
- anything that violates law, these Terms, the Community Guidelines, platform safety expectations, public order, or Apple App Store rules.
PTG may treat attempts to move prohibited activity off-platform as a violation.
Child Safety and CSAE Zero Tolerance
PTG has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualisation of minors, trafficking, or any content or conduct that harms, exploits, endangers, or attempts to contact minors for sexual, abusive, or exploitative purposes. PTG is an 18+ platform, and users must not create, upload, share, request, promote, discuss, coordinate, or facilitate any content, plan, message, media, profile, link, or activity involving minors in a sexual, exploitative, abusive, unsafe, or unlawful context. PTG may immediately remove such content, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, and report confirmed or suspected violations to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate under applicable law.
12. Content and Conduct Rules
You agree not to post, send, upload, create, promote, or encourage content or conduct that: violates any law; is obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually exploitative, or harmful to minors; is hateful, discriminatory, casteist, communal, abusive, or dehumanising; harasses, bullies, threatens, stalks, intimidates, or humiliates anyone; impersonates another person, entity, public figure, host, brand, or PTG representative; deceives or misleads users about the origin or purpose of content; shares private information without permission; promotes self-harm, violence, dangerous behaviour, illegal drugs, illegal weapons, or illegal services; infringes intellectual property or privacy rights; contains malware, spam, phishing, or suspicious links; threatens the sovereignty, integrity, defence, security, public order, decency, or morality interests protected under Indian law; or is otherwise harmful to PTG, users, or the public.
The Community Guidelines form part of these Terms.
13. User Content
“User Content” means anything you submit, upload, post, send, display, create, share, or make available through PTG, including profile details, photos, videos, event details, event media, messages, reports, ratings, comments, social links, and other material.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By using PTG, you grant PTG a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce, resize, adapt, display, transmit, distribute, moderate, remove, and otherwise use your User Content as necessary to: operate PTG; show your content to other users according to app features and settings; provide event, chat, media, profile, notification, and support features; moderate content and enforce these Terms; investigate reports and safety issues; secure and improve the service; and comply with legal obligations. This licence is limited to operating, protecting, and improving PTG; PTG does not own your User Content.
You must have all rights and permissions needed to upload or share any User Content you provide. You may not upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
If you send PTG suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you grant PTG a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.
14. Messages, Event Chats, and Media
PTG may allow direct messages, event chats, media attachments, event-share previews, replies, reactions, and related features. PTG may limit who can message whom, including by requiring shared event context, approved participation, or other eligibility checks.
You are responsible for the messages and media you send. You must not use chats to harass, threaten, sexually solicit, exploit, spam, scam, impersonate, evade blocks or moderation, pressure, mislead, or abuse users.
Users cannot currently delete sent messages individually. When an account is deleted, direct messages and event-chat content are handled according to PTG’s Privacy Policy. Event-chat content may remain with sender information de-identified to preserve conversation integrity, safety, event history, legal compliance, or service integrity.
15. Reports, Blocking, and Moderation
PTG may provide tools to report users, events, messages, media, profiles, or content, and to block users. You agree not to abuse report systems, make false reports, or use reporting to harass other users.
Blocking may restrict direct interactions and certain social features, but it may not remove all shared event chats, event participation records, historical content, or information PTG needs for safety, legal compliance, enforcement, or service integrity.
PTG may, at its discretion, review reports and related context and may remove content or media; remove, cancel, restrict, or limit events; restrict features; limit event hosting or joining; restrict chat or media access; reduce visibility; revoke or reset verification signals; suspend or terminate accounts; preserve records for safety, legal, compliance, or enforcement purposes; cooperate with lawful authorities where required or appropriate; and take any action reasonably needed to keep PTG safe, lawful, functional, and trustworthy.
PTG is not required to take a specific action on every report, and may withhold moderation details where disclosure could create safety, privacy, legal, or enforcement risk.
16. Event Attendance and No-Shows
When you join, request to join, RSVP to, or confirm attendance for an event on PTG, you are expected to make a genuine effort to attend that event in real life.
If you can no longer attend, you should update your participation status, withdraw your request, inform the host where appropriate, or avoid joining in the first place.
PTG may take action against users who repeatedly, intentionally, or deceptively join events and fail to attend, especially where the behaviour is reported by hosts or other users, including warnings, reduced visibility, restrictions on joining or hosting, suspension, or termination. PTG may consider emergencies, mistakes, event cancellation, safety concerns, and whether the user made a reasonable effort to inform the host.
17. Ratings, Reviews, and Feedback
Where PTG provides ratings, reviews, comments, or feedback features, you must use them honestly and responsibly. You may not submit false, retaliatory, discriminatory, defamatory, harassing, extortionate, spammy, or manipulated ratings or feedback, and you may not threaten a bad rating to force someone to act against their wishes.
PTG may remove, restrict, de-identify, or preserve ratings or feedback where needed for safety, moderation, dispute handling, legal compliance, or service integrity.
18. Account Deletion and Termination
You may initiate account deletion inside the app. PTG may require recent authentication or confirmation to help ensure the deletion request is intentional and made by the account holder. Account deletion is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Some data may be deleted, de-identified, retained in limited form, retained in backups, or retained where legally required or necessary for safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, service integrity, enforcement, or compliance.
PTG may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we believe you violated these Terms, the Community Guidelines, law, or platform safety expectations. Termination does not limit PTG’s right to preserve limited records where necessary.
19. Payments
PTG does not currently process payments through the app. In the future, PTG may support paid events, tickets, subscriptions, premium features, deposits, or other paid services, in which case additional payment terms may apply, including pricing, taxes, refunds, cancellation rules, payment-processor terms, and applicable Apple/App Store payment requirements.
Digital goods, subscriptions, or app-based paid features may require Apple In-App Purchase or StoreKit where applicable. Unless PTG expressly states otherwise, any payment, contribution, reimbursement, split bill, venue charge, ticket, food charge, travel charge, or private arrangement between users is outside PTG’s control and responsibility.
20. Third-Party Services and Links
PTG may use or link to third-party services, including maps, navigation, hosting, cloud infrastructure, authentication, storage, notifications, support tools, venue pages, payment services, or external websites. When you open or use third-party services such as Apple Maps, Google Maps, Apple, Google, venues, payment providers, or external websites, their own terms and privacy policies apply.
PTG is not responsible for third-party services, websites, venues, maps, routes, transport providers, payment processors, external content, or user arrangements made outside PTG.
21. Intellectual Property
PTG, including its name, branding, app design, software, graphics, logos, text, service features, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to PTG, except for User Content and third-party materials. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, misuse, resell, exploit, or interfere with PTG’s software, branding, systems, or services without permission.
22. Intellectual Property Complaints
If you believe content on PTG infringes your intellectual property rights, contact [email protected] with enough detail to identify the content and your rights, a good-faith statement, and your contact information. PTG may remove allegedly infringing content, notify the user who posted it, allow a counter-response where appropriate, and terminate repeat infringers.
23. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PTG, its operator, team members, service providers, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use of PTG; your User Content; your events, hosting, attendance, or offline conduct; your violation of these Terms or the Community Guidelines; your violation of any law; your infringement of another person’s rights; or any dispute between you and another user, host, attendee, venue, or third party.
24. No Warranties
PTG is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; that events will happen as described; that users will behave safely, lawfully, or honestly; that profiles, ratings, messages, media, locations, or event details are accurate; that messages, requests, approvals, or notifications will always be delivered; that location or map information is accurate; or that verification signals will always be accurate. You use PTG and attend events at your own risk.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PTG and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of PTG. PTG is not liable for user conduct, user-generated events, offline interactions, venue issues, third-party services, transport, routes, weather, no-shows, cancelled events, inaccurate user content, disputes between users, unsafe interactions, personal injury, property loss, or content posted by users, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, PTG’s aggregate liability for any claim relating to PTG will not exceed INR 5,000 or the amount you paid directly to PTG for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim, whichever is higher. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
26. Grievances and Notices
For support, moderation concerns, privacy requests, complaints, legal notices, or questions about these Terms, contact PTG at [email protected]. Complaints involving intimate content, impersonation, unlawful content, safety risk, or other urgent issues should include enough information for PTG to identify the content or account.
27. Changes to PTG or These Terms
We may update PTG, add features, remove features, restrict access, or change these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users through the app, website, email, or another appropriate method. Continued use of PTG after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
28. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, are the entire agreement between you and PTG regarding the service and replace any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. PTG’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; PTG may assign them to an affiliate or successor, including in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including User Content licences, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and governing law — survive. PTG is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as outages, natural events, or third-party failures. Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, or employment relationship.
29. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or PTG will be subject to the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
